SERVICE
The goal of our law firm is to provide the best service possible. The law firm
of Patrick H. Payton & Associates P.C. is a general practice law firm in the
State of Iowa and its Federal Courts. We serve primarily central Iowa. The law
office of Patrick H. Payton & Associates, P.C., is located in Des Moines, Iowa.
We are located approximately three blocks south of I-80 and Merle Hay Road exit
in the Oakmoor Building, 4685 Merle Hay Road, Suite 105, Des Moines, IA 50322.

cannot give advice to anyone who has not become our client. We are prohibited by
law and ethical standards from practicing in state and courts in which we have
not been admitted to practice.
PATRICK
H. PAYTON
Patrick H. Payton was born in 1945 in New York City. He graduated from the Drake
University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration. He attended the Drake
University School of Law graduating in 1971. Mr. Payton earned a Ph.D. in Education at Iowa
State University in 1999. He has been licensed to practice law in the
states of Iowa and Texas, and also, the United States Supreme Court. Patrick H. Payton has also taught
legal courses at Des Moines Area Community College, National Academy of
Paralegal Studies, Iowa State University, St. Cloud University, College of Osteopathic Medicine
and Upper Iowa University.
